A nationally recognised, growth-oriented engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Branch Manager (Land Development) to lead and scale its South Jersey operations. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven professional who wants to drive strategy, develop high-performing teams, and make a lasting impact across the New Jersey region.

• Lead branch-level operations and execute growth strategies in partnership with Regional and Firm Leadership
• Oversee land development projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial sectors
• Serve as a senior client partner, strengthening relationships and expanding the firm’s local market presence
• Mentor, develop, and empower senior and mid-level professionals while building future leaders
• Ensure quality assurance, operational excellence, and consistent project delivery
• Manage branch financial performance, resource planning, and operational workflows

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15 years of experience in land development and permitting (residential, commercial, industrial)
• Professional licensure (PE, LSA, or PLS) preferred
• Proven experience leading teams, managing operations, and delivering against financial metrics
• Strong business development background with established local industry relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills

Compensation:

Base salary range: $160,000 – $195,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
