I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company looking to hire a Field / Hardware Operations Lead.
This is an early-stage business building at the intersection of AI, data centres, power and physical infrastructure, with significant backing and ambitious plans to scale.
They’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to deploy, operate and support physical infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
The role will involve:
• Leading field and hardware operations as the platform scales
• Supporting deployment and operation of physical AI infrastructure
• Working across data centre, hardware and infrastructure environments
• Building processes and operational standards from an early stage
• Working closely with technical and leadership teams
• Taking real ownership rather than stepping into an already established function
Who could be a good fit?
Someone coming from data centre operations, hardware infrastructure, field engineering, deployment or technical operations who is comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
Experience around GPU / compute infrastructure, servers, networking or high-density data centre environments would be particularly interesting.
💰 Compensation: up to $210k Bonus Equity
