Key Responsibilities:
- Track commercial and residential tenant rents using AppFolio and QuickBooks
- Enter and manage accounts payable/receivable; prepare invoices for executive signature
- Maintain accurate financial for trusts, LLCs, leases, loans, and properties
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports in QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience in AppFolio a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and self-motivated work style
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Construction or real estate industry experience is preferred but not required
