Metric Bio are partnering with a global CDMO on a search for an experienced Director of Operations to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a growing organization in the Greater Boston area.
Reporting directly to the VP/GM, this individual will oversee operational execution, process optimization, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing activities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within a regulated environment, with the ability to drive operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting business growth.
Experience within pharmaceuticals, biotech, CDMO, or advanced manufacturing environments is highly preferred, with a specialism in biologics.
