Metric Bio is partnered with a fast-growing, AI-driven HealthTech startup, looking for a Customer Success Manager to help transform point-of-care ultrasound.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven team working at the intersection of AI and diagnostic imaging, partnering closely with healthcare providers to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
In this role, you’ll:
- Be the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of healthcare clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding, drive engagement, and deliver long-term value
- Conduct proactive outreach, check-ins, and business reviews
- Collaborate across product, support, and sales teams to advocate for customers
- Identify expansion opportunities and help shape scalable success processes
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
- Must have: experience in healthcare SaaS, preferably AI-driven
- Experience in the diagnostic imaging space
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort with startup environments
