Key Responsibilities:
- Lead molecular testing operations with an emphasis on high-throughput PCR assays
- Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, and Florida Department of Health)
- Supervise and mentor lab staff, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex PCR workflows and instrumentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and R&D teams to implement and validate assays
Qualification
- Florida Supervisor License – Molecular Biology (required)
- 2 years of hands-on experience in high-complexity PCR testing in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostic regulations and best practices
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Molecular Biology, Clinical Lab Science, or a related field
