We are looking to grow people into these positions by offering a training program to insure you will be successful in becoming a certified RV technician. we are looking for service techs that can perform a number of different jobs. There are never 2 days that are alike, so no more boring same old job. You can be doing anything from Plumbing, to carpentry work, to diagnosing and repairing any and all RV systems. Prepping units for customer delivery and more. Candidates will be required to:
- Have their own tools
- lift 25-50 lbs and can stand kneel or sit for long periods of time
- Flexibility in schedules Monday through Saturdays punctual is key
- Neat and clean appearance
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to Learn(on the job and paid on line training)
- Desire to grow their career
Summary
As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry issues in recreational vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and safety. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in Electrical and LP diagnostics, and HVAC systems to deliver high-quality service. Your premium experience in dealership and service technician roles will enhance your ability to troubleshoot complex problems. Additionally, relevant skills in customer service and RV repair will contribute to a positive customer experience, making you an essential part of our dedicated team.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
