We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable individual to represent our brand at markets, festivals, and community events throughout the summer and fall. Position Overview

The Event Sales Representative is responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down our event booth while providing an outstanding customer experience. You’ll educate attendees about our CBD products, process sales, and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down booth equipment (tent, tables, signage, displays, etc.)
• Transport event gear and products to and from event locations
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and process sales transactions
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display throughout each event
• Responsible for filling & maintaining inventory during and after events
• Represent the brand in a friendly, professional manner at all times

Requirements

• Available weekends from June through October
• Personal vehicle with enough space to carry event gear (tent, tables, and products)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle event setup/breakdown independently
• Reliable, friendly, and comfortable talking to customers about wellness products
• Previous event, retail, or sales experience a plus
• No previous knowledge of CBD required, will provide adequate training on all products.

Compensation

• $20 per hour 5% commission on sales

Good salespeople can make approximately $25/hour
