Partner with Metlok as an independent sales professional operating your own sales business.
- Commission-based compensation with fast payouts under an independent contractor agreement

Commission terms, payment timing, and other details will be discussed during the selection process. The final arrangement must meet applicable worker classification requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs and replacement options.
- Conduct roof evaluations, safely accessing roofs when conditions permit.
- Present Metlok’s exclusive roofing system and explain its durability, design advantages, lifetime warranty, and long-term value.
- Prepare accurate proposals and facilitate customer agreements.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation.
- Communicate project details to support a smooth transition from sale to installation.
- Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects Metlok’s premium brand.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven sales experience; at least 1 year of roofing sales experience required.
- A competitive, goal-driven mindset and a commitment to customer service
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage opportunities, follow up consistently, and close sales
- Willingness and ability to generate self-sourced business
- Ability to transport, lift, and carry a ladder weighing approximately 30 pounds and safely climb ladders and access roofs, with reasonable accommodation where applicable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, subject to applicable law
