Description and Requirements
The Opportunity
The Senior Agile Coach II is responsible for the strategic maturation and operational excellence of the Agile Release Train (ART) supporting our global container platforms. Guided by our purpose – always with you building a more confident future – and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns and all-weather performance, this is an exciting opportunity to act as a high-level organizational architect, moving beyond team-level ceremonies to redesign how value flows through a complex, multi-national technology footprint. Success in this role requires a systemic thinking mindset and the ability to influence leadership through data-driven insights. The Senior Agile Coach II is responsible for the health of the entire ART and the continuous growth of our Lean-Agile practitioners. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Platform Engineers in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

- Oversee the integrity and refinement of ART-level ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Manage the organizational change process required to align technical workflows with modern governance and execution frameworks.
- Develop advanced training curricula and "coach-the-coach" mentorship programs for Scrum Masters and Product Owners; coordinate with leadership to surface priority changes early, ensuring they are addressed proactively within the planning cycle.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in high-level agile coaching or organizational transformation.
- 2 years of experience leading people or projects.
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification: You will use this expertise to lead PI Planning and architect the strategic maturation of the Agile Release Train.
- Experience with target process or Azure Boards: You will leverage these platforms to build automated dashboards and provide real-time visibility into work status and delivery metrics.
- Stakeholder Influence: A proven ability to navigate and influence Director and VP-level stakeholders on organizational design and governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile for Infrastructure Frameworks: You will apply Lean-Agile principles specifically within a DevOps, Server-based platforms and Containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift) context.
- Cloud-Native, Containerization or OpenShift experience: Understanding the technical nuances of CI/CD and platform engineering to better coach the teams performing the work.
- Change Management Expertise: Experience using ServiceNow tools, ITSM strategy, ITIL framework, or Prosci methodology to sustain cultural shifts in a large corporate environment.
- Metrics Mastery: Deep knowledge of Flow Metrics (Velocity, Throughput, Cycle Time) and how to use them to drive executive-level trade-off decisions.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
