How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack software applications (UI, API, Data) while leveraging AI tools.
- Participate in peer reviews of code, solution designs, and configurations.
- Assist in gathering and refining product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into applications (e.g., GenAI APIs, ML models).
- Coach and mentor junior developers on software development and best practices.
What You Will Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- A bachelor's degree with exposure to technology, software development, AI/ML, or other technical areas.
- 2 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or other technical areas.
- Internship or project experience in software development or AI/ML.
- Experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or any other modern language).
- Experience in design patterns and best practices in at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new skills to deliver high quality software as evidenced by project experience
- Basic understanding of distributed and cloud applications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong academic record or demonstrated extracurricular success (research, projects) in any field
