Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mauldin, SC. This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including organizing files, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and supporting administrative processes. The Office Administrator will handle phone calls, emails, and mail, greet and assist visitors, and coordinate meeting schedules and logistics. The role also includes providing customer service support, preparing basic reports and documents, assisting with data entry, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. The Office Administrator is expected to uphold Metkon’s values by being responsive, reliable, and professional in all interactions.

Salary Range:
$50-65k depending on experience plus comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
