2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician (Entry Level or Experienced)

We are looking for a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2ndd shift team in New Holstein. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, understanding how equipment works, and making a direct impact on production every day.

You will work with CNC manufacturing equipment, plant systems, and facility needs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic disciplines. Experienced technicians can put their knowledge to work across a varied operation, while developing technicians can continue building a broad maintenance skill set.

Second Shift Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Temporary first shift training will be required when you begin employment.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll help keep our CNC manufacturing equipment, production machinery, and facility operating safely and reliably. Responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns during production and completing scheduled repairs.
• Installing, maintaining, and adjusting production machinery and related equipment.
• Reading equipment manuals and work orders to diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, and verify proper operation.
• Performing basic machining work as needed to support repairs.
• Handling facility maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work within your training and qualifications.
• Using hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment.
• Communicating equipment concerns, repair needs, and unusual operating conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Following safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and maintaining an orderly work area.

What Will Help You Succeed:

• Hands-on mechanical ability and an interest in understanding how equipment works.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems gained through work experience, formal education, or both.
• A methodical approach to troubleshooting and careful attention to detail.
• Initiative to recognize problems and follow repairs through to completion.
• Clear communication with coworkers, supervisors, and occasionally equipment manufacturers or suppliers.
• Dependability, integrity, and sound judgment about when to work independently and when to ask for support.

Pay That Reflects Your Experience:

Starting pay will be based on your skills and experience. Although we have a preferred starting range, we will consider compensation outside that range for candidates whose qualifications support it.
