Seasonal Yard Laborer (Mulch & Landscape Materials)
Location: Hartville, OH
Job Type: Seasonal (Spring–Fall) | Hours: Full-time preferred (weather-dependent)
About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable Seasonal Yard Laborer to support our mulch and landscape materials yard during our busy season. This is hands-on, outdoor work that keeps things moving—bagging, loading, cleaning, and keeping the property looking sharp. High performers may have the opportunity to move into full-time employment in the future.
Responsibilities
- Bagging mulch, soil, stone, and other landscape materials
- Loading bags and materials into customer vehicles and company trucks
- Cleaning and maintaining yard equipment and work areas
- Light landscaping and property upkeep (weeding, trimming, general cleanup)
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (bags, tools, etc.) repeatedly
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to pass a drug test
