- Safely load and unload process equipment and materials.
- Safely transfer solids and chemical solutions.
- Operate process equipment to produce material that meets customer specifications.
- Operate a forklift and follow proper material handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate batch and run documentation to support lot integrity.
- Ensure quality practices are followed and standards are met.
- Monitor equipment and chemical processes, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety, health, environmental, and site procedures.
- Actively participate in safety meetings, incident investigations, hazard recognition, and EHS activities.
- Support responsible waste management and environmental compliance activities.
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment, required.
- Familiarity with precious metals chemicals, preferred.
- Experience storing, transferring and processing chemical solutions and solids, required.
- Forklift operating experience, preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to follow procedures, document work accurately, and communicate effectively with team members.
