You'll Do Things Like:
- Work with the PMO team to define project milestones, phases, and required elements based on business and project requirements.
- Document and evaluate business processes and workflows, while identifying opportunities and making recommendations for improvement.
- Design processes and workflows to support project design, decision‑making, and issue identification.
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable directives for the development and creative teams.
What You Bring:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 years of experience in development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Teams applications required.
- Preferred skills in communication, process improvement, data analysis, risk management, critical thinking, and technical proficiency.
