As the company continues to grow, it is seeking an experienced and motivated Investor Relations (IR) Associate/VP to join its team and support its global fundraising and investor relations strategy.
Position Overview:
The company is looking for an experienced IR professional at the Associate/VP level to join its team. This individual will play a critical role in managing relationships with existing investors, coordinating quarterly reporting, and supporting fundraising initiatives. The IR Associate/VP will also be responsible for enhancing communication with investors and providing strategic insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, consultants, and intermediaries.
- Manage day-to-day investor relations activities, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of quarterly reports, investor updates, and performance presentations.
- Assist in fundraising initiatives, including due diligence processes, presentations, and managing the investor pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for new investor acquisition and retention.
- Conduct detailed analysis of fund performance and prepare materials for investor meetings.
- Provide market insights and investor feedback to the investment team and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all investor-related documentation adheres to regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a client-facing role in private equity, private credit, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of private credit markets, investment strategies, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex investment strategies to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with institutional investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other investor reporting tools.
