1:1 Program Assistant JunctionsSalary - $30,985 pro-ratedQualificationsHigh school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferredExperience working with children/studentsExperience assisting in program implementationAbility to work with professional staffOutstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualificationsGeneral ResponsibilitiesSupport students with emotional disabilities in inclusive and substantially separate settingsSupport with academics - providing accomodations and implementing lesson plans taught by the general education teacherImplement behavior plan, manage behaviors, assist with self help skills, possible assistance with toileting, social skills, and inclusion throughout the school environmentAssist with arrival/dismissalPhysically demanding positionMust obtain CPI training (during work hours) and be able to physically manage/restrain if neededFlexibility within the program to wrok with a variety of student needsPerform duties as assigned by school administrationOther duties as assigned by the classroom teacher.
