ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring BDC Agents to be the first voice and first message every customer hears from Methuen CDJR. You will handle inbound calls, internet leads, and chat — and own the outbound follow-up that turns interest into appointments and appointments into showroom traffic. If you’re great on the phone, fast at the keyboard, and motivated by hitting numbers, this is the seat for you.
Compensation: $40,000–$65,000 per year, paid weekly (base appointment-set, show, and sold bonuses). Top of the range is earned by agents who hit and exceed their daily activity and conversion targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound sales calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Execute aggressive outbound follow-up on internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and equity / service-to-sales opportunities
Set quality sales appointments and confirm them the day before and day of
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume, contact rate, appointments set, appointments shown, and units sold
Document every customer interaction accurately in the CRM
Partner closely with the Sales floor for smooth hand-offs and second-chance follow-up on no-shows
Re-engage long-term follow-up and dead-lead lists — there is no such thing as a dead lead
Represent the Methuen CDJR brand with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude on every contact
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior BDC, call-center, inside-sales, or dealership experience strongly preferred — will train the right candidate
Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills
Comfortable making 80–150 outbound calls per day
CRM proficiency (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, or similar) is a plus
Highly competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated
Strong organization and the ability to manage hundreds of open leads without dropping one
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
Reliable, on-time, and ready to work the schedule the customers are calling in
