Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Production Assembler to join our team. The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to established guidelines and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Assembly Tasks:
- Perform manual or automated assembly of components and products according to work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble parts and products.
- Inspect components and assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Process Adherence:
- Follow detailed assembly procedures, safety protocols, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control measures.
- Report any issues, defects, or irregularities in the production process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively about progress, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in training new team members when needed.
Inventory and Documentation:
- Track and maintain inventory of parts and components used in assembly.
- Record assembly data and complete required production documentation.
- Identify and report shortages or damaged materials.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area to support efficiency and safety.
Required Skill/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Manual dexterity and proficiency in using hand tools and equipment.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
