Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for systems.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
- Develop system workflows, data models, and technical diagrams.
- Work with development teams to ensure the design aligns with requirements.
- Oversee the deployment of new systems or updates to existing systems.
- Coordinate and perform system testing, identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure systems meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Provide ongoing support for systems, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain system documentation and update as needed.
- Oversee the deployment of new systems or updates to existing systems.
- Coordinate and perform system testing, identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure systems meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Provide ongoing support for systems, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain system documentation and update as needed.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective system adoption.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess system effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as UML, ERD, or process modeling software.
- Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of system integration, API design, and data flow processes.
- Hands-on experience with testing and debugging systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and cybersecurity best practices.
- Approximately 5% or less.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
