We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support staff, and ensure an efficient and productive work environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative tasks, accounting support, facility management, and supporting company leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Accounting support including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in coordination with the corporate team.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience in facility management and vendor coordination is a plus.
