What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINICIAN-RN-CARDIO REHAB position at Methodisthospitals?
Under direction to perform work involving the development, implementation and evaluation of the exercise and education experiences of clients referred to Phases I, II, and III Cardiac Rehabilitation and Phases II and III Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Participates in meeting education of Heart Failure patients and follow up of their progress. Participates with community events related to the CV Service Line.
