What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner.
- Handle Make Ready duties, including preparing apartments and residences for new move-ins. This includes painting, light carpentry, cleaning, repairs, and ensuring units meet quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining community grounds and common areas.
- Support compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Be available for emergency on-call rotation as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a skilled trade.
- Experience with Make Ready or apartment/unit turnover processes is a plus.
- Working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications a plus.
