Housekeeping Supervisor - The Crossings

The Crossings is a leader in retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. The Crossings is Bay Area's only 5-Star non-profit retirement community!

We are looking for a Housekeeper Supervisor who will enjoy making a resident's day with excellent customer service. As a Housekeeper at The Crossings, your responsibilities include keeping all areas of the community clean, neat, attractive and safe for residents and guests. Your success will be achieved by demonstrating ICARE values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. Understanding this is the residents' home is a key responsibility of each and every employee.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate schedules and train new team members.
- Inspect spaces to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment so we’re always ready to shine.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
 

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience (senior living, hotels, or healthcare preferred), with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style and a knack for motivating others.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards.
