The Crossings is a leader in retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
Specific duties will include:
- Cleaning, waxing and polishing tile floors
- Must have experience in cleaning, vacuuming and extracting/stripping carpets for cleaning purposes
- Floor spot cleaning
Additional duties may include:
- General cleaning and janitorial
- Trash collection and removal
- Light laundry duties
- Light maintenance duties
Schedule is a two-week rotation with every other weekend off. Specific hours per day are flexible and will be discussed during interview.
Qualifications:
- Must have thorough on-the-job training, be able to demonstrate the correct us of chemical processes, supplies, protective gear and tools assigned.
- Working knowledge of the standard work and safety procedures of the Environmental Services Department and the campus.
- Takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families and coworkers.
- Reports to work timely and completes assigned duty punctually, informing superiors as far in advance as possible when unable to arrive for or complete scheduled work.
