Assume responsibility for the overall nursing operations during the assigned shift.

Predict and assess the needs of the nursing department to ensure smooth operations.

Direct and evaluate the performance and efficiency of nursing personnel.

Support efforts towards the delivery of quality patient care.

Current Mississippi RN licensure

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

Minimum of one year of clinical work experience
