We are seeking skilled and compassionate PT Tech to join our team. A PT Tech will be responsible for treating patients with a variety of diagnoses. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their developmental skills and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional abilities and response to treatment
- Collaborate with SOAL’s Multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- minimum of 6 months of Patient Care assistance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology a plus
