What You’ll Do
As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the home and lead a dedicated team of child‑care professionals. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a close‑knit community and wants to make a meaningful difference.

Managing daily operations to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment
