What You’ll Do

As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the home and lead a dedicated team of child‑care professionals. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a close‑knit community and wants to make a meaningful difference.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment

• Supervising, coaching, and developing staff

What We’re Looking For

Minimum requirements:

• At least 21 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth in residential or human services settings

• Supervisory experience in a human‑services environment

• Direct care experience with adolescents and families
