We are hiring for a Senior Director for Treatment Services!
This position serves as the agency's clinical leader and acts as the treatment director. The Senior Director for Treatment Services provides strategic and operational leadership and supervises clinical therapists assigned to the Waco campus, Boys Ranch and Family Outreach offices. They also provide consultation, training and technical assistance to direct care staff and case managers regarding engagement and trauma-informed caregiving techniques.
This position requires one of the following: A master's degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university and three years of experiences providing treatment services for children with an emotional disorder, including one year in a residential setting; or a licensed social worker, a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed professional counselor, or a licensed marriage and family therapist, and three years of experience providing treatment services for children with an emotional disorder, including on year in a residential setting. Certification and licensure from the Texas State Board of Examiners is required. Supervisory and administrative experience in human services are preferred. Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for Texas Medicaid and STAR Health credentialing and obtain full credentialing within one year of hire.
