Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and make decisions regarding client packets regarding authorization and the treatment

- Input admission data into Extended Reach to support smooth admissions. Electronically scan, file,

- As cases require, organize and participate in pre-placement interviews with youth.

- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with healthcare provider organizations.
- Provide alternative placement resources to those who are ineligible for PRTF services.
- Help to improve profitability by examining quarterly admissions trends for the assigned PRTF and
Admissions Director to help meet performance goals. Maintain Admissions Budget Projections by
working to obtain/retain full capacity.
- Reduce placement risks by identifying, organizing, and structuring “at-risk clients” to be admitted

- Participate in Admissions and Leadership Support Team agency meetings.
