Technical Project Manager (TPM)- Pod Lead

Description:
Lead day-to-day project planning, execution, and delivery for a multi-disciplinary engineering pod
Own project schedules, sprint planning, resourcing, and milestone tracking
Coordinate across Frontend, Backend, Mobile, and Al engineering teams
Translate requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers early and effectively
Facilitate standups, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment
Keep detailed project documentation, status updates, and dashboards
Required Skills:
7-12 years managing technical projects in software engineering environments
Strong understanding of engineering lifecycles (frontend, backend, mobile, or cloud)
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery best practices
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive communication style
Ability to drive clarity, remove ambiguity, and keep teams on schedule
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Gantt planning, project dashboards, and reporting tools
