Business Analyst (SailPoint IIQ)

Business Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Duration: 12 months contract

Scope of Services:

• The advanced business analyst will oversee and collaborate with the various business offices to ensure that all information required for automatic application provisioning through the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
• This responsibility includes guiding business partners through the connected‑system onboarding process within IIQ, ensuring that each application’s attributes, entitlements, ownership structures, and lifecycle events are correctly defined for successful integration.
• Requirements gathered by the Business Analyst must be documented, then validated with stakeholders, then prioritized for review by the IIQ team’s Senior Developer and Technical Analyst.
• These technical reviewers will assess system connectivity needs, attribute mapping, workflow impacts, and provision logic to ensure alignment with IIQ standards and the Departments identity governance framework.

Experience:

1. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects is required.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
3. Proficiency in core Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns are required.
4. Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
5. Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations, such as the Florida PALM project, is highly desired.
6. Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is highly desired.
7. Certified Business Analysis Professional (BAP) is highly desired.
8. Experience with directing and managing project resources is highly desired.
9. Knowledge of change and release management is highly desired.
10. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is highly desired
11. Experience with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.
12. Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) is highly desired.
13. IAM Expertise: Deep professional experience with Identity & Access Management concepts, including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns.
14. System Integration: Ability to map functional requirements across complex environments involving ServiceNow (request catalog) and SailPoint (provisioning engine).
