Position Responsibilities:
- Read work orders to assemble components by hand or by using small hand operated equipment, which includes soldering.
- Tests, calibrates, and fits parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0-2 years of assembly experience
- Basic math skills- addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work independently
Additional Qualification:
- 80% of this job will be soldering, must have prior knowledge or the ability to learn skill.
The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $16.00 hourly.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
