Position Overview
The Rosemary Rose Lounge is seeking a skilled, polished, and hospitality‑driven Bartender to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring seasonal ingredients and rooftop‑inspired builds
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of bartending experience in a high‑volume or upscale bar or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
