Your responsibilities will include:Championing jobsite safety and contributing to proactive safety planningFollowing and reinforcing all corporate safety guidelinesProactively creating and managing punch listsUpholding strict Quality Control standards across assigned projectsPreparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawingsUnderstanding our building systems and how they fit into the broader construction processMaximizing productivity through strategic coordination and planningConducting quantitative takeoffs to validate estimates, support material orders, and evaluate change ordersBuilding and managing project schedules while collaborating closely with field supervisors and foremenOverseeing labor control and making adjustments to drive profitabilityCoordinating warranties, O&M documentation, and vendor selectionsSupporting subcontractor buyout, issuing contracts, and managing subcontractor performanceMaintaining accurate job cost controls through monthly FAWsStrengthening customer relationships and supporting branch goals through active Client Alignment participationQualificationsWhat You BringMinimum 3 years of experience (5 years preferred), ideally within constructionExperience with Insulated Metal Panels or Single Skin Panels is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Science (or equivalent experience)Ability to quickly analyze information, identify risk, and steer projects toward optimal outcomesStrong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of workAccountability for project results and outcomesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent communication skillsStrong moral and work ethic, sound judgment, and unwavering reliabilityHighly organized self-starter with exceptional time-management skillsPositive, motivated mindset and a team-oriented approachOSHA CertificationAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsCompensation$105,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience.If you’re ready to elevate your career with a company that values leadership, innovation, and integrity, we want to hear from you.
