The Mission

Drive more qualified leads year over year (we already generate over 100,000 annually) through search, paid media, social, and display campaigns — while protecting and amplifying our brand online. You’ll join the leadership team, influence company-wide strategy, and collaborate with sharp, energetic professionals who love to move fast and think big.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full digital-marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, and display.
• Strengthen and manage the company’s online brand and reputation.
• Create content and campaigns that convert visitors into loyal customers.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on performance, ROI, and trends.
• Stay ahead of evolving algorithms and emerging tools.
• Write or guide creative messaging that cuts through the noise.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing goals with business vision.

Who You Are

• Experienced digital-marketing leader (5 years) with proven growth results.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics, and social-ad platforms.
• Equal parts strategic and hands-on.
