Our client, a high-growth generative AI infrastructure company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target mid-market accounts to generate qualified opportunities and consistent pipeline growth.
- Leverage marketing-generated leads and outbound efforts to create demand
- Partner with creative studios, AI innovation teams, and AI developers to identify new opportunities for adoption.
- Execute each sales cycle with precision: conduct discovery, lead product demonstrations, align executives, and deliver business outcomes that drive long-term customer value.
- Develop deep expertise in the platform, its technical architecture, and its value proposition across industries.
- Execute strategic campaigns to drive customer adoption and expand usage within accounts during the first 6–12 months post-sale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to surface insights and influence go-to-market strategy.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-evolving market, continually learning and innovating to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a closing sales role required.
- Background in business development or SDR roles is a strong plus—we value sellers who understand full-cycle prospecting.
- Proven and consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a mid-market territory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders through a complex sales cycle.
- A customer-centric approach with enthusiasm for helping organizations unlock creative potential through AI.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities—such as inference optimization, orchestration, and generative models—into clear business outcomes.
- Comfort operating in a high-change environment with curiosity, agility, and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed for key customer meetings, events, and team collaboration.
Salary : $90,000 - $220,000
