We are seeking an experienced, organized Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support our clinical and concierge teams, and ensure every client experience reflects Method’s high standard of excellence. The ideal candidate is calm, confident, people-oriented, and analytical — someone who enjoys coaching a team, tracking performance metrics, managing systems, and planning for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Team Leadership
- Foster a client-centered, peaceful, professional environment
- Anticipate team needs and support high-level training and performance
- Provide on-site leadership Monday–Friday; available by phone during Saturday hours
- Serve as primary point of contact for staff and client questions, concerns, and resolutions
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, individualized training, and check-offs
- Lead team meetings, weekly owner check-ins, and annual trainings
Financial & Operational Management
- Oversee payroll, ordering, and spending within established budgets
- Maintain accurate inventory and manage physical counts
- Track industry promotions and inform seasonal ordering and specials
- Monitor and improve KPIs including schedule utilization and profitability
Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate on seasonal promotions and special events
- Delegate social media and content tasks to appropriate team members
- Stay informed on trends and community needs to support thoughtful planning
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policy compliance
- Oversee documentation for annual trainings and ensure adherence to procedures
Qualifications Required
- 3 years of management experience in a medical office, spa, retail, or similar environment
OR
- 3 years of experience in the spa/aesthetic industry (esthetician, injector, or comparable leadership role)
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
- Calm problem-solver with sound judgment
- Comfortable with technology, systems, and process improvement
Preferred
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Experience with POS systems
- Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and vendor relations
- Experience supporting or overseeing social media/digital presence in a spa or aesthetics practice
