AS A CLIENT EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE OF THE METHOD FITNESS TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with clients to provide timely and professional support, addressing their questions and concerns with enthusiasm
- Maintain knowledge of all facility services
- Management support as needed
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client inquiries, gather feedback, and promote additional services or solutions
- Track package renewals
- Internal meeting scheduling
- Social media & blog posting
- Meeting minutes/note-taking
- Client sub tracker management
- Assist clients with account management tasks such as updating personal information, processing payments, or resolving billing issues with precision
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure clients feel valued and heard
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction
- Support other client services functions as needed, including handling transactions or processing documentation efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Undergraduate Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Front Desk Associate, Assistant, or Customer Service role required
- Must have a legal right to work within the U.S
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful
