Job Description
Back Alley/Trash Rooms: keep clear, breakdown boxes, and monitor our trash rooms/ bins
Diagnose and fix issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
Document work orders, inspections
Assist housemen as requested by department leadership
Maintains stock for maintenance supplies, keeping records of maintenance activities
Other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs. to transport carts, cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, etc.
- Ability to lift, balance and carry (with assistance) up to 100 lbs. to transport mattresses, inventory, equipment, etc.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods to clean and organize the guest rooms, spaces, storage, equipment, etc.
