Immediate opening for a part-time person to provide cleaning in an office environment. We are looking for a responsible person, with a strong work ethic who has strong attention to detail to perform general office cleaning duties.Typical Schedule:Monday 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (start time is flexible after 5:00 pm)Tuesday 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm (start time is flexible after 5:00 pm)Wednesday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (start time is flexible after 5:00 pm)Thursday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (start time is flexible after 5:00 pm)Friday 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (start time is flexible after 5:00 pm)11 hours per week totalBenefitsHourly Base Salary Based on ExperienceMon-Fri ScheduleResponsibilitiesSweep & mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces (inside buildings).Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, etc.Wash window sills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp-wipe glass surfaces, empty wastebaskets, service soap, and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc. on rotating schedules.Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container including replacing liners in wastebaskets and placing collected trash in designated collection area for subsequent removal.RequirementsPrior Cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a teamAbility to use cleaning tools and equipment.Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Must be able to speak, interpret and read the English language with fluency.Ability to follow schedules, keep commitments & demonstrate professionalismAble to bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds comfortably.Have a valid drivers license and your own transportation.Follow all health and safety regulations.Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.
