Partnering with maintenance, engineering, and HES teams to solve safety and housekeeping challenges. Training and guiding your team, building technical expertise and teamwork. Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to keep production on track. Coordinating daily tasks, shutdowns, and start-ups with precision. Driving continuous improvement to deliver safe, reliable, and quality production. Taking the reins as Production Supervisor when needed. 🎯 What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a natural leader with: A high school diploma (technical training or degree preferred). 5 years of chemical industry or related manufacturing experience with supervisory experience Strong leadership and proven process improvement achievements. Confidence in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook). Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and respond to callouts. The salary range for this position is $68,400-72,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
