What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Caretaker position at Metes & Bounds?
Position: Part Time Caretaker
Location: St Louis Park
Hours and pay: 20 hours per week cleaning common areas @ $16.37/hr, Grounds/Weeding/Turns: $18.37/hr, and Shoveling: $20/hr as needed
Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and be able to clear a thorough background check.

We are looking for self-motivated candidates who can work as part of a team reporting to the Property Manager to keep our properties looking their best.
You will work on-site and you will be responsible for the following:
- walking around the property and picking up trash
- vacuuming common areas
- dusting common areas
- ensure entry/exit areas are clean and free from debris
- empty common area waste containers
- keep outdoor areas such as sidewalks and common areas free from snow and weeds
