Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer with expertise in Power System Design to join our team on-site in Warren, MI. The role involves designing, analyzing, and reviewing power systems, including electrical schematics and load calculations. Responsibilities include preparing technical documents, system modeling, overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing innovative solutions tailored to client needs. The engineer will contribute to enhancing project efficiency and executing cost-effective strategies for impactful results.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in power system design, electrical schematics, and system analysis
- Proficiency in industry-relevant software, tools, and system modeling applications
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills related to electrical engineering
- Understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Experience working on water and wastewater improvement projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or commitment to obtaining one
