Roles & Responsibilities
Front desk reception — Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; announce arrivals as appropriate.
Correspondence handling — Manage incoming and outgoing emails; receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
Office presentation — Ensure the reception area and conference rooms remain tidy and presentable.
Supply management & equipment tracking — Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Track field office equipment includes laptops, monitors, copiers, iPads, and related items.
Vendor coordination — Schedule service for office equipment and manage janitorial services.
Event support — Assist leadership and marketing with scheduling and organizing company events, parties, gatherings, and operations meetings.
Brand materials — Coordinate orders and maintain inventory of company signage and swag.
General administrative support — Perform additional clerical and receptionist duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Time‑management ability with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role;
- Primarily office-based, in a front desk/reception setting.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift office supplies (up to 20 lbs.).
- Expected to dress the part, maintaining a polished, professional appearance that reflects the company’s standards and front‑facing role.
