Description:
Provides operations support in copying, document imaging, mail handling, and general office services. Supports equipment maintenance, shipping/receiving, and light building functions as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, and related software.
- Perform binding, finishing, and basic quality checks on documents.
- Maintain copier and supply inventories, handle mail/faxes, and deliver completed jobs.
- Assist with filing, archiving, and record keeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, meeting room setup, and light maintenance tasks.
- Respond to customer service requests and coordinate service calls.
- Use office equipment such as postage meters, calculators, fax machines, shrink-wrap machines, and bindery tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional cleaning, moving, and overtime work.
Requirements:
- Experience with high volume copying, document imaging, or office support.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email systems.
- Ability to operate office equipment and perform light maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle packages and office supplies.
