Incident, Problem & Change Analyst
8 Month Contract

Description:
The Incident, Problem & Change Analyst plays a key role in guiding IT transformation by managing the impact, risk, and communication of IT change activities. The role also serves as Process Owner for Change Management, Operational Readiness (OR), and AVS Administration.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in IT Change Management / ITIL / ITSM (Incident, Problem & Knowledge Management)
- Experience in planning and conducting meetings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities (routine and ad-hoc)
- Ability to communicate with ITSM end-users, vendors, and all levels of management
Skill Levels:
- Analytical, Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking, Training: Levels 1–3, 0–3 years
- IT Service Management, Meeting Facilitation: Levels 4–5, 4–5 years
Additional Requirements:
- Rotational off-hours and weekend hotline coverage (minimal engagement)
- No pre-start actions required
