Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-impact Corporate Staff Accountant III to join a dynamic accounting function supporting multi-entity operations. This role sits at the intersection of financial consolidations, M&A accounting, and intercompany structures, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in complex, fast-scaling environments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Consolidations
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and geographies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting requirements
- Support financial close processes and reporting schedules
General Ledger & Intercompany Accounting
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
- Handle multi-currency accounting and complex reconciliations
- Partner with tax teams on transfer pricing and allocations
M&A & Strategic Accounting
- Support accounting for mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration
- Provide financial insights for investment and growth initiatives
Process Optimization
- Drive automation and process improvements across accounting workflows
- Partner with IT/Finance to enhance ERP and reporting systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with FP&A, Tax, and Legal for compliance and reporting accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6 years of accounting experience
- Strong expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and multi-entity consolidations
- Proven experience in M&A accounting
- Background in public accounting (Big 4 preferred/required)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience handling intercompany and multi-currency accounting
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA (or in progress)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Acumatica preferred)
- Exposure to Planful or similar financial planning tools
- Experience with post-merger integration and transfer pricing
