Requirements
Candidate MUST be registered
Candidate must have BLS
Prefers candidate with experience working with children. ***will work with patients starting at 5 years of age
Candidate will receive on the job training with Epic
Oversee and perform complex procedures and therapeutic interventions, including CPAP and BiPAP titrations
Assist technicians in troubleshooting during challenging data acquisition to ensure high-quality sleep studies (PSGs)
Score and tabulate sleep recordings based on established guidelines (sleep stages, respiratory events, limb movements, etc.)
Generate detailed reports and performance summaries for physician interpretation
Maintain compliance with BRPT Standards of Conduct
Skills
Strong knowledge of facilities Sleep Center Guidelines for Sleep Reliability scoring
Registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through BRPT
BCLS Certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
Education/Experience Required
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Bachelors degree with some scientific coursework preferred.
Able to score Sleep Reliability by facilities Sleep Center Guidelines, required
Certification/Licences Required
Registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians (BRPT) required.
BCLS Certification.

- SCHEDULE*** 4- days a week, 10- hour shift 730pm - 630am
